Chocolate Dessert Cups

Wow guests at your next party by serving them dessert in a chocolate cup.

  1. 1 cup strawberries
  2. 1 cup blueberries
  3. 1 cup raspberries
  4. 1 100g slab Lindt EXCELLENCE 70%
  5. Fresh mint (to garnish)

  1. 4 balloons
  2. A pair of scissors

Melt the Chocolate

  1. Follow these instructions to melt and temper the chocolate, and test it before starting to dip the balloons.

Dip the Balloons

  1. Dip the balloons in a small bowl filled with the tempered chocolate, making sure there is a generous amount of chocolate coating on them.
  2. Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave to set in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until chocolate has fully set.

Prepare the Dessert

  1. Burst balloons with a knife.
  2. Gently peel away the balloons and set cups aside in a cool place until ready to be filled.
  3. Fill the chocolate shells with whipped cream and fresh berries.
